M365 & Generative AI Solutions Engineer

We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 & Generative AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. This role will play a key part in driving productivity through generative AI solutions, supporting enterprise M365 environments, and helping shape governance and compliance frameworks that enable citizen development at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to enhance productivity.
• Configure, administer, and support key M365 components, including:
• Teams
• SharePoint
• Purview
• Exchange
• Viva Suite
• Power Platform
• Lead rollout and enablement of Power Platform capabilities, driving adoption across the business.
• Define and maintain governance and compliance frameworks to support secure, scalable growth of citizen development.
• Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support business intelligence needs with Power BI report development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users, providing enablement, training, and technical expertise.
• Participate in a rotating support schedule, including nights and weekends every few weeks.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Exchange, Viva Suite).
• Proven experience with Power Platform rollout, governance, and adoption support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and working with Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Power BI development (reporting and dashboarding).
• Exposure to Slack, Confluence, and Miro environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in rotating after-hours support.

Preferred Experience

• Prior success in enterprise-scale M365 environments.
• Experience leading governance initiatives for Power Platform and M365.
• Background in end-user enablement and citizen developer support.
